Brief:

TMP Worldwide contacted PLANitOLOGY to help create, deliver and implement two events for their client Abbey Bank in Glasgow and Belfast both on the 9th June 2007.  The objective was to achieve maximum awareness, create maximum interest, generate big attendance at Abbey's upcoming open days and garner some positive PR.  We achieved this in each city, by constructing a large 12 foot square red gift parcel with a large red bow and gift tag with the strap line 'It's a Gift' on stating open on the relevant event day.    We would also shower both cities in large red tags and red ribbons tied to almost everything you could think of; buildings, railings, lamps, seats, bikes, cars, you name it, we wrapped it.  PLANitOLOGY also had promotional staff on hand by the red cubes to hand out more information and explain to people about the open days. On the event day both Glasgow and Belfast awoke to the city showered in red gift tags and ribbons which generated enormous interest at each open day. Both Abbey and TMP were totally pleased with the outcome of these events from PLANitOLOGY.

"We were tasked with organising 2 weekend events for our client Abbey.  One in Belfast and one in Glasgow on the same day.  The events were to promote a recruitment open day for their Customer Contact Centre.  With under 10 days notice Planitology grasped our creative concept and produced  giant red gift boxes which were positioned in the heart of each of the cities.... they also arranged for crew to blanket each city centre with labels/posters and Promotional staff to hand out invites.  All relevant permits were arranged and the project ran extremely smoothly and was expertly project managed.
